As a seasoned Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires close collaboration with clients to deliver innovative, sustainable designs that meet their needs. Your key responsibilities will include driving project success, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
* Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative, sustainable designs
* Conduct risk management and project oversight
* Manage technical documentation and project specifications
* Undertake contract administration and liaise with contractors
* Prepare fee proposals and contribute to business development
* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Registered Architect with significant Australian experience
* Architectural degree from Australia or the UK
* Proficient with Revit or ArchiCAD
* Experience in the education and commercial sectors is beneficial
* Comprehensive knowledge of NCC, local planning schemes, and Australian Standards
* Strong project management and client relationship skills
* White Card, driver's license, and own vehicle are necessary
* Integrity, reliability, and solid construction knowledge are essential
