Job Title: Security Officer
Protect the public and ensure the smooth operation of rail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a visible safety presence across rail environments
* Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance to the public
* Provide wayfinding and clear directional support
* De-escalate and manage conflict using a calm, problem-solving approach
* Support crowd control, access screening, and escorting duties
Requirements:
* Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed & Crowd Control)
* Valid Driver Licence
* First Aid Certificate with CPR
* Able to obtain Rail Category 3 Medical Clearance
