Electrical and Instrumentation Technician
Ganaji Contracting is calling on skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians to join our team on an Oil and Gas project in Karratha
Position Overview
Instrument calibrations, loop testing/checking, analyzer testing, function testing and troubleshooting instrumentation such as flow, level, temperature, and pressure transmitters.
Shut down and control valve testing
Fire and Gas Systems testing and verification
DCS and Process logic verification and integrity testing
Reading, understanding and following P&ID's, data sheets, calibration reports, loop drawings, cause and effects and supplier manuals
Use various types of test and calibration equipment
Qualifications
* WA Electrical Licence (Unrestricted or restricted with Cert III Instrumentation)
* Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation with demonstrable instrumentation experience
* First Aid (Within last 36 months)
* CPR / LV (Within last 12 months)
* Construction Card (White or Blue)
* Driver's Licence or Passport
* Evidence of Rights to Work in Australia (birth certificate/passport/VEVO)
Location: Karratha, WA
Roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster (FIFO – Fly out on Day 21)
Project Hours: 68-hour week (10 hours Monday to Saturday, 8 hours Sunday)
FIFO - Flights from all state and territory capital cities to Karratha WA
