We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Donation and Volunteer Hub Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our donation hub. This is a hands‐on, purpose‐driven role where you'll ensure donated goods are managed efficiently and equitably, while creating a welcoming and respectful experience for everyone who accesses our services. You'll also play a key role in building a strong volunteer community, strengthening donor relationships, and supporting initiatives that directly impact people in need.
About the Role
You will oversee the smooth running of our donation hub, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and maintaining site standards, including Work Health & Safety compliance. The role involves assisting with recruiting and supporting volunteers, fostering an engaged and diverse team. You will also build and maintain relationships with donors, support fundraising and community engagement activities, and contribute to broader program delivery to ensure a positive and equitable experience for service users.
