About the role:
Duties for the role will include:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring person-centred approaches with increasing autonomy.
- Collaborate with other disciplines/agencies to plan and deliver individualized healthcare services.
- Promote health education for patients, carers, and groups to improve health outcomes.
- Support the development of students and new staff, offering clinical guidance and orientation
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds or is eligible for a current practicing certificate
- Strong communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Creative, innovative, and flexible approach to addressing issues in healthcare.
Please Note: Successful applicants must be available to work shift work, including early, late, and night shifts, across a seven-day roster.
