We are a WA-owned and operated strata management company managing over 10,000 lots across residential, mixed-use, commercial and complex schemes throughout Perth.
At RSMS, we focus heavily on training, support and long-term career development. We understand that strong Strata Managers are developed through mentoring, practical experience and exposure to quality portfolios — not simply being overloaded and left to figure it out alone.
What the role involves
You will work alongside an experienced team managing a portfolio of strata companies, with support from:
Dedicated assistants and administration support
Experienced leadership team
Internal training and mentoring
Established systems and procedures
What we're looking for
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience within strata management, property, legal or related professional industries
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Professional and calm approach to problem solving
Initiative and willingness to learn
Good common sense and accountability
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and wants to build a long-term career within the strata industry.

If you have not already obtained your Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, RSMS will support you through the qualification as part of your employment package.
