Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
* Assist in preparing and cooking meals, following recipes and maintaining consistency
* Pride in preparing and presenting beautifully crafted dishes
* Oversee stock control and safe storage of food and supplies
* Contribute to menu development in partnership with Head Chef
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Cookery qualification
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
* Good communication skills
* Positive attitude and passion for cooking
* Flexibility to work as per roster in all operations: Lunch, Breakfast & Dinner
