Role Description
EARLS is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our EARLS COLLECTION store in Paddington. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations — driving sales, leading an engaged team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our brand's modern, creative aesthetic.
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, coach, and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and results.
* Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and style-driven team culture.
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's ethos.
* Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
* Maintain high visual and brand presentation standards consistent with seasonal campaigns.
* Collaborate with head office on visual merchandising, product layout, and marketing activations.
Operations & Administration
* Manage stock levels, transfers, and inventory integrity.
* Oversee POS operations, banking, and daily reporting.
* Ensure compliance with store policies.
About You
* 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment (men's fashion experience highly regarded).
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver KPIs.
* Deep understanding of visual merchandising and current fashion trends.
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced boutique setting.
* Confident using POS and retail systems (Shopify experience a plus).
* Passionate about streetwear culture, style, and craftsmanship.
