The Role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role. You will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality client portfolio including: Construction, Consulting and medical professionals. Ranging from sole traders to businesses with more than $180M turnover.
Responsibilities
* Managing a team - training, delegating and reviewing work of junior staff - onshore & offshore
* Managing an existing client portfolio
* Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
* Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality client delivery
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
* Being an integral part of the firm's growth strategy
About You
* CA/CPA Qualified
* Minimum 5+ years experience within Australian public practice
* Experience managing and developing a team of Accountants
* Strong leadership and team development capability
