* Lead and deliver a broad range of land development and urban development projects
* Strong involvement with clients, project coordination, and mentoring junior engineers

Ideal Background
* Around 6-10+ years consulting experience within civil engineering
* Strong background across land development, subdivisions, and urban infrastructure projects
* Sound design capability and confidence managing projects and clients
* Experience using 12D is essential
* Exposure to MUSIC and DRAINS highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and leadership capability
* Motivated by long-term growth, influence, and career progression
