What you'll do:
* Drive sales funnel generation for the assigned product offering
* Own the value proposition, value argumentation and win strategy for assigned opportunities
* Leverage strong product and application knowledge to clearly position Metso solutions against competitors
* Enable and support Account Managers through training, coaching and product guidance
* Collect and analyse customer and competitor intelligence per Business Line / Product Group requirements
* Contribute to country, regional and market- level PG forecasts in collaboration with the broader sales team
* Understand market dynamics, competition and industry best practices to shape sales strategy
* Support warranty processes, BI validation, inspection report reviews and solution definition
* Escalate issues to BL / PG Sales Support as required
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in Product Sales within industrial, mining or heavy equipment environments
* Proven experience in Crushing equipment or crushing aftermarket e.g crushing equipment, repairs or rebuild, spares and wears.
* Demonstrated ability to manage product sales OR budget ownership
* Strong communication skills and experience acting as a key interface between Product Groups and Market Areas
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer value
* Experience contributing to market and product-specific forecasts
* Strong stakeholder engagement and internal collaboration capability
