The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior/Property Manager looking to take the next step into a position overseeing a well-established team and portfolio.
* Manage a portfolio of 180 properties
* Leasing and in-house admin support
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance via approved contractors
* Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
* Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
* Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation
* Utilise systems such asPropertyMe,IRE, andInspection Express
* Growth into a Team Leader position
About You
* Minimum2+ years' experiencein residential property management
* CurrentAgent's Representative Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
* Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Personal car and drivers license
