The Role

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic social media content creator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

* Champion new initiatives.
* Help shape our thrivability efforts.
* Meet regularly with team members.
* Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.

Your efforts will enrich our social media platforms and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Responsibilities
* Create and publish posts for one of our social media platforms
* Amplify the reach of our other online content, such as webinars, videos and blog articles.
* Monitor post engagement and suggest improvements as needed
* Assist with graphic design for social media posts as needed
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree in Communications, Media, or related field.
* Fluency in written English
* At least 1 year of commercial experience (or equivalent) in creating social media content
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements
* Willingness to learn new skills
* The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
* The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
* A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
