OneID Project Manager – (Identity & PAM)
* 12-month contract with possible extension
* Location: ACT only(Hybrid working)
* Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical Cyber Security projects within a Federal Government environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex Identity and Access Management initiatives, including Internal Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects, while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across government and industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage, deliver and monitor complex ICT and Cyber Security projects with organisation-wide impact.
* Lead the delivery of Internal Identity Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
* Develop, implement and manage project plans, schedules, governance frameworks and delivery roadmaps.
* Coordinate project activities, dependencies and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams, managed service providers, third-party vendors and business stakeholders.
* Contribute to project governance, operational integration and strategic planning activities.
* Ensure project deliverables, milestones and objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
* Manage project budgets, procurement activities, contracts and invoice reconciliation processes.
* Identify, assess, manage and report project risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
* Oversee project quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables are fit for purpose and meet business requirements.
* Prepare and review project documentation including business cases, executive briefs, reports and status updates.
* Provide expert advice and reporting to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate successful project outcomes.
* Coach, mentor and support team members to build capability and promote knowledge sharing.
* Represent the project, business area or agency at external and cross-agency forums as required.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex ICT and/or Cyber Security projects.
* Demonstrated experience delivering Internal Identity Management projects within large enterprise environments.
* Proven experience leading the implementation and delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
* Experience engaging and managing relationships with managed service providers, departmental staff, third-party vendors and business stakeholders.
* Strong experience in project governance, risk management, budget management, procurement and contract management.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
* Experience preparing executive-level reporting, business cases, project plans and governance documentation.
* Demonstrated understanding of Cyber Security environments and related project delivery methodologies.
