We are seeking a data-driven operations professional who can transform workforce analytics into actionable insights and strategic decisions, while serving as a crucial liaison between onsite agencies and Operations teams.
This role reports directly to the Workforce Staffing Lead and indirectly to the Regional Workforce Staffing Manager.
It combines analytical capabilities with operational excellence to optimize workforce management across Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates across multiple operational sites.
Analyze workforce metrics, trends, and patterns to drive data-informed decisions.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic workforce planning.
Act as the primary bridge between onsite agencies and Operations teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Partner with Operations teams to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
Proactively manage onsite agencies to maintain compliance with requirements.
Facilitate effective communication and problem resolution between all stakeholders.
Drive performance management discussions with agencies and Operations leadership.
Support compliance audits including Salesforce management, eligibility checks, reporting, and associate experience.
Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of workforce management experience.
1+ years of customer-facing and operational experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
