**About the role**
A motivated and friendly & reliable Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
**Duties**
- Proactively manage the executive's diary to ensure time is structured according to their priorities
- Prep materials, including presentations, speaking notes
- Create and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
- Organize internal and external meetings and functions on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with preparing internal communications, financial reports, and project proposals.
- Assisting the broader leadership team with administration in areas of travel and following-up actions.
- Provide research assistance for projects.
- Collating invoices and expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Skills & experience**
- Ideally formal qualifications in administration, business or related fields
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and liaise tactfully and confidentially with people at all levels
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Current driver's license required
