About this role
This role involves supporting our customer base by providing high quality technical support and customer service to Fuji Film and Lexmark printers, photocopiers and production devices. This role will involve on-site and remote support.
About Viatek
Viatek is regional Australia's leading independent supplier of Fuji Film and Lexmark solutions, and commercial production equipment. We operate 21 locations across Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone that is passionate about what they do. That values high quality service and understand the importance of customer relationships.
Previous experience in all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing is key for this role. We will be looking for comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies and a strong mechanical aptitude.
We are looking for those with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, great organisational skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work autonomously or within a team.
A valid Australian driver's licence is essential to this role as well as the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check. Fluent Englishwritten and verbal skills are also required.
