This is a unique dual role perfect for someone who loves variety—splitting your time between being the welcoming face of our front desk and providing essential chairside support to our clinicians.
What You'll Do
* Warmly greet and engage with patients, creating an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
* Answer phones, respond to emails, book appointments, and manage patient enquiries.
* Assist with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Dental Assistant Duties
* Provide chairside assistance to clinicians during treatments.
* Help with sterilisation, infection control, and maintaining a pristine clinical environment.
* Support clinicians in preparing rooms and equipment for patient care.
* Previous work experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator is preferred.
* Dental Assistant (DA) experience will be highly regarded.
* Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
* Strong computer skills and confidence with multitasking.
* Enthusiasm to learn new dental skills and grow within the clinic.
* Australian work rights required for this position.
