The Role
We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment. This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Turramurra group home with 20-25 hours per week (with morning, afternoon, split and overnight shifts)
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.
- Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.
- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
- Being part of a fun and dynamic team.

Requirements
- No experience required, passion to help those who have a disability
- A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
