The Role Reporting to the Squad Lead, you’ll be a key contributor in building a new global consumer portal for the UK and Australian markets. This is a true greenfield project using React, Typescript, C# and AWS, where you’ll translate product requirements into technical solutions while contributing hands-on across development, documentation, testing and deployment. The work involves building a consumer-facing portal for tenants and lenders. You will take existing applications in this space and build a brand-new front-end solution in React on top of an existing backend API gateway in .Net. You’ll also be responsible for localising the application and preparing it for deployment into the UK market using AWS. You will join a large project team that operates in a transactional environment and consists of a product owner, designer, QA, two local development squads, and an additional development squad based in the UK. This is a true greenfield project, offering the opportunity to redefine ways of working and incorporate insights from the AI engineering squad and the infrastructure team. Skills some commercial experience with C# .NET. 7 years’ commercial experience with modern React Experience delivering UX/UI with accessibility-first principles. Solid understanding of SOLID principles and modern software design practices. Strong understanding of Web APIs and REST best practices. Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub. Elasticsearch – or similar! Desirable Experience in B2B or CRM software development. Background in industries such as real estate, energy, or utilities. Sound like you?
