About The Role
This position is responsible for managing strategic relationships within a designated client portfolio, building and executing plans to achieve sales and growth targets. In doing so, this role focuses on broadening SG Fleet's commercial opportunities.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
* Ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met, taking ownership of client issues and driving prompt resolution
* Proactively identify opportunities and collaborate across the business to maximise client outcomes and growth
* Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, addressing risks and enhancing service delivery
* Support regular client reviews and structured engagement plans
* Identify and drive opportunities for additional products, services, and revenue growth
* Strengthen client partnerships through trusted advisory and value‐driven solutions
* Continuously develop selling capabilities, including pitching, objection handling, and market awareness
Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in a business‐related field
* Experience managing senior corporate stakeholder relationships
* Proven success in business development and account management
* Background in fleet, novated leasing, or salary packaging (desirable)
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* High commercial acumen and numeracy, with ability to grasp finance concepts
* Self‐driven with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
* Understanding of industry compliance and regulatory requirements (desirable)
