Due to continued growth, we're now chasing an energetic and highly organised Recruiter / Mobilisation Officer to join our expanding Rockingham Beach office.
This is not your average "sit quietly behind a desk" role. This is a hands‐on position where no two days are ever the same.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position will see you heading up the recruitment side of the business while also acting as a key support to our mobilisation team when required.
You'll play a major role in sourcing quality personnel for our clients while assisting in keeping crews compliant, organised and site‐ready across multiple WA projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Coordinating onboarding and compliance requirements
* Booking medicals, VOCs and training
* Assisting with workforce mobilisation activities
* Supporting shutdown and project mobilisation requirements
* Maintaining regular communication with clients and workforce personnel
* Advertising roles through SEEK and recruitment platforms
* Updating recruitment and compliance databases
* Assisting management with workforce planning and urgent placements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Recruiter
* Previous recruitment or mobilisation experience working for a crane company
* Strong understanding of shutdown and project compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills

This role is strictly for Perth‐based candidates only (within 45 minutes of Rockingham preferred). Interstate or overseas applications will not be considered.
