Responsibilities
- Provision of a comprehensive, high level, quality clinical services in line with best practice, including services of a complex nature, to people across MLHD.
- Providing a consultative service and clinical expertise in renal psychosocial issues.
- Providing high quality Social Work supervision, education and support of Social Work staff, allied health assistants and students across where required.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Advanced clinical skills, knowledge, and experience in delivery of high-quality evidence based Social Work in the field of healthcare and chronic disease related psychosocial supports.
- Strong leadership within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Excellence in communication skills and problem-solving
