MatchWorks is currently looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Manager to support and mentor team members, delivering high-quality Inclusive Employment within a supportive and encouraging work environment looking after multiple sites in the Kallangur area.

What you'll do
As a Business Manager in our IEA team, you'll:
* Oversee the effective delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia in alignment with contract requirements and performance targets.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the Inclusive Employment Australia guidelines and legislative requirements.
* Regularly assess and adjust strategies to ensure the site meets or exceeds all relevant performance indicators and contractual obligations.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and participant outcomes.
* Advocate for workforce diversity and inclusion, ensuring participants of all backgrounds have access to meaningful employment.
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in delivering employment and training services for people with barriers to employment
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate staff to achieve high-quality employment outcomes
* Extensive administrative experience and advanced computer literacy
* Experience in interpreting performance reports and strategic planning
* Drivers licence and willingess to travel is essential in this position
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
* Previous experience working in DES or IEA in leadership role
