Responsibilities
* Develop creative and functional interior design solutions aligned with project objectives and client needs.
* Work across all project stages, from concept design and space planning to documentation and delivery.
* Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, material palettes, and 3D visualisations.
* Produce high‐quality documentation, including detailed joinery drawings, schedules, and specifications.
* Contribute to design reviews, ensuring consistency and alignment with Hassell's design ethos.
* Engage with clients, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate design intent and project outcomes.
* Support senior designers in project coordination, including budgets, timelines, and team communication.
* Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in interior design within a design studio environment.
* Several years' experience working on projects in one of our listed sectors is essential for success in this role.
* Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape (or other rendering tools) is essential.
* Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
* Communication: Confident in presenting ideas, collaborating with teams, and engaging with clients.
* Problem‐Solving: Ability to think creatively and adapt to project challenges.
* Results‐Oriented: Focused on achieving targets and driving measurable commercial success.
* Collaborative & Engaging: Able to work effectively across multiple disciplines, teams, and geographies.
