MPI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor to lead a switchboard and switchroom manufacturing team within a busy Perth workshop environment. This hands-on leadership role oversees production, quality, safety, and team coordination across a strong pipeline of work in mining and resources.

The role
Supervise switchboard manufacturing, manage workflow, ensure compliance with standards, drive safety, and support and develop workshop staff.
What we're looking for
6. WA A Grade Electrical Licence
7. Workshop/manufacturing supervision experience (highly regarded)
8. Strong electrical drawing and standards knowledge
9. Safety-focused, proactive leadership style
10. White Card, First Aid, CPR & LV Rescue
