Breeze Group Pty Ltd is a growing labour hire and recruitment company specialising in the 3PL, warehousing and manufacturing sectors. Built on a personal and relationship-driven approach, we partner with businesses across Melbourne to deliver reliable labour-hire solutions tailored to their operational needs.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help take Breeze Group to the next stage of expansion.
About the Role
This is a hands-on business development role focused on generating new client partnerships and growing existing relationships across Melbourne's northern and western suburbs, with future expansion into other areas of Melbourne. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously, building robust client relationships and driving business growth within the labour-hire market. This role involves proactive B2B sales activity, including cold prospecting, client visits and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Generating new business opportunities and securing new clients
* Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
* Conducting face-to-face business development and B2B sales activities
* Visiting client sites to build engagement and identify growth opportunities
* Achieving monthly sales and growth targets
* Developing strong customer relationships and promoting the Breeze Group brand
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
* Reporting on sales activity, new business opportunities and potential leads
About You
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within labour hire, recruitment, 3PL, warehousing or manufacturing industries
* A confident, outgoing and professional approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated success in generating and converting new business opportunities
* Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated and organised work ethic
* The ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* A current driver's licence with a safe driving history
Industry experience within labour hire or recruitment will be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right candidate.
