Mental Health Wellbeing Worker – Uniting Vic.Tas
Location: Horsham, VIC, 3400 (Crisis & Homelessness, Mental Health)
Employment type: Permanent Part‑Time (0.8 FTE).
Closing: Dec 9 2025.
About this role
This role supports people with mental health challenges to build life skills, manage their wellbeing, and achieve personal goals. You'll create individual plans, connect participants with community resources, and work with all age groups based on recovery‑oriented principles.
Responsibilities
* Provide one‑on‑one and group support.
* Develop and implement personalised plans aligned with the NDIS framework.
* Collaborate with diverse teams, families, carers, and services for seamless care.
* Tailor support plans to each individual's journey.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Social Work, OT, Counselling or equivalent (highly desirable).
* Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health and/or Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs or Peer Work.
* Experience in person‑centred care and recovery principles.
