What You'll Do
As a Stretch Therapist at StretchFLEX, you'll be at the heart of our mission. Your days will include:
* Conducting comprehensive mobility assessments to understand each client's unique needs and goals
* Designing and delivering personalised assisted stretching sessions that target specific areas of tension and restriction
* Educating clients on the benefits of regular stretching and proper movement mechanics
* Building lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and genuine care
* Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans to maximise results
* Maintaining detailed session notes and client records
* Contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications:
* Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Massage Therapy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
* Excellent hands‐on skills with proper body mechanics and stretching techniques

Bonus Points:
* Experience in personal training, physiotherapy, remedial massage, or sports therapy
* Knowledge of myofascial release techniques
* Familiarity with injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management
* Previous experience working with diverse age groups and fitness levels
