Location: Work will vary across both North and South of the Perth Metro Area (Based in Kalamunda Area)
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 38 hours standard with optional overtime available), Commercial & Maintenance focus
Term of Apprenticeship: 4 years
About the Role
* As a Plumbing Apprentice, duties may include:
* Assisting with the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply, drainage, and sanitary plumbing systems
* Use of modern plumbing materials and technology
* Supporting the installation and servicing of gas appliances, piping, and fittings
* Measuring, cutting, bending, and joining pipes using appropriate tools and materials
* Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and job specifications
* Locating and repairing leaks, blockages, and faults in plumbing and gas systems
* Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment
* Following workplace health and safety procedures
* Assisting qualified plumbers and gasfitters on-site as required

* Reliable, punctual, and motivated to develop new skills through an apprenticeship
* Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
* Committed to completing the full term of the apprenticeship while working full-time
Eligibility Criteria
* Must be anAustralian CitizenorPermanent Resident
* Must reside in thePerth Metropolitan Areadue to job location
* Must have completed a Pre-Apprenticeship (Certificate II) in Plumbing
* Must have a National Police Clearance
* Must have a ValidDriver\'s Licence
* Must have a ValidConstruction White Card
