We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Rolleston Open Cut, a leading thermal coal mine in Central Queensland. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our heavy mobile and ancillary equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of 600t class Excavators and Blast Drill machines (CAT, Liebherr & Sandvik)
* Performing regular maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
* Identifying and controlling workplace hazards to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A relevant trade qualification as a Hydraulic Diesel Fitter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a heavy field environment
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an open-cut coal mine
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
