Diverse role – Disposals/Acquisitions and Leasing
We're looking for a strategic, commercially savvy Acquisitions Manager to drive property growth across Nationally. In this high-impact role you will identify, assess, and execute property opportunities that shape the future of our network.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and assess acquisition, divestment, and leasing opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
* Source on-market and off-market opportunities through developers, landowners, and agents.
* Lead property transactions end-to-end: site reviews, due diligence, negotiations, contracts, and settlements.
* Prepare business cases, executive summaries, and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence across legal, planning, engineering, environmental, valuation, and commercial streams.
* Conduct market research, site inspections, and feasibility assessments to inform strategic decisions.
About you:
* 8+ years in commercial property, ideally in acquisitions, disposals, or leasing.
* Experience in fuel, QSR, roadside retail, or related commercial development (service stations, convenience retail, freeway service centres) highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end property transactions and multi-stream due diligence.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing at senior levels.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting.
