Requirements
* At least 6 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse
* Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly with age-related issues
* An empathetic nature to support older people
* Strong leadership skills to engage at all levels
* The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
* IT skills and AHPRA registration
