Creative Lead (6 Month Maternity Leave Cover)
We're on the hunt for a Creative Lead to join the Proud Poppy team on a 6-month maternity leave cover.
This role is for someone who can own the creative direction end-to-end, from concept to execution, while keeping everything moving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You'll be leading our creative output across digital, campaigns and in-store, making sure everything feels cohesive and on-brand.
You'll be working closely with our eCommerce and creative teams, bringing ideas to life and making sure they actually land. Based in our Burleigh Waters HQ - Queensland, full time position, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the visual creative direction and execution of campaigns, launches and weekly trade
* Brief out and oversee all graphic design output across EDMs, website, social and in-store assets
* Own our email marketing (Klaviyo) from briefing design and copy as well as executing send out
* Write and oversee brand copy across campaigns, emails and marketing channels
* Planning and executing weekly ecommerce & lifestyle photoshoots
* Manage and guide a small creative team, prioritizing workloads
* Maintain consistency in brand tone, look and feel across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
* Strong graphic design skills
* Proven marketing experience, ideally within fashion or retail
* Hands‐on experience with Klaviyo (or similar EDM platform)
* Confident copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice
* Previous experience leading or mentoring team membersHigh level of attention to detail (you notice the small things)
* A proactive, can‐do attitude. You get stuck in and make things happen
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
