Salary Range: $86,600 to $124,725 + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 2C) $16,280 per annum + Superannuation
St Josephs Catholic School - Cloncurry is seeking an experienced and dedicated Middle Leader - Inclusive Education. This is a full-time permanent position with a fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position. The role commences from 19 January 2026 the duration of the Middle Leader fixed term period is to 4 December 2026.
St Joseph’s Catholic School is seeking an inspiring Middle Leader – Inclusive Practices to lead and enhance learning across the school. In this role, you will support the mission of the school by ensuring inclusive and effective pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels, demonstrating leadership in teaching and learning, people, and strategic initiatives.
Guided by Catholic values, you will provide authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion, and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships, and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the success of both students and staff.
To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers, bringing extensive classroom experience and a solid understanding of contemporary pedagogy. You will have the ability to mentor colleagues, build collaborative teams, and use data to inform decisions that improve outcomes. Most importantly, you will lead with integrity, model our Catholic ethos, and be motivated to help every learner flourish.
