What We're Looking For
1. A Heart for Kids: You thrive in creating safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces where children feel valued, heard, and supported.
2. Experience & Qualifications: Whether you're a seasoned pro or just completed your studies, if you're passionate, we want to hear from you! A relevant qualification (Diploma or Level 3 or equivalent) is essential. Qualifications include a Diploma, Cert III or IV in: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts. The qualifications specific to SA are listed on the ACECQA website.
3. A Creative Spark: You have fresh ideas for fun activities and creative experiences that will engage and challenge young learners.
4. Team Player: Collaboration is key! You're eager to work with a team of like-minded professionals to create a positive and supportive environment for both children and colleagues.
5. A Positive Role Model: You lead by example, showing kindness, patience, and a genuine care for the children and the community.
Your Day Will Include
6. Creating exciting and engaging activities that support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
7. Supporting children's individual needs and encouraging their confidence and independence.
8. Building strong relationships with children and their families to ensure everyone feels connected and supported.
9. Maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.
