* Parramatta office location upon negotiation across NSW, hybrid working supported
* Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $101,880 pa base to $112,417 pa + super

Our Nature and Natural Capital Strategy Division is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Senior Executives.
In this pivotal role, you will deliver professional, accurate and responsive executive and administrative support to enable the smooth operation of business activities and the achievement of organisational priorities. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, travel and events, and act as a key point of contact, ensuring enquiries and requests are handled efficiently and with sound judgement.
You will support the preparation of high-quality correspondence, briefings, presentations and meeting materials, while proactively gathering and collating information to support decision-making. In addition, you will oversee day-to-day office coordination activities, including procurement processes, asset management and reporting, and contribute to improving administrative systems and practices.
About You
You are a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and exercises sound judgement in managing competing priorities. You operate with a degree of autonomy, confidently making informed decisions within delegated authority while consulting with your manager on more complex or sensitive matters.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you build effective relationships and liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community groups, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and the ability to navigate politically sensitive issues. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality executive support, while remaining responsive to changing priorities and business needs.
