Job Title: Leadership Role in Child Welfare

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Leader in Child Welfare. This role involves overseeing the care and support of young people in residential settings, with a focus on providing a safe and stable environment that enables them to heal, connect, learn, and prepare for their adult lives.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational frameworks, programs, and policies that prioritize the best interests of the young people. They will also provide high-level operational advice, identifying risks and strategies to address them.

In this role, you will work closely with other leaders to deliver strategic outcomes and build relationships with non-government agencies to produce improved outcomes for the young people. You will also be responsible for keeping up-to-date with relevant national and international trends and issues that may impact the directorate.
