About Us: Victory Minerals Pty Ltd is a leading gold explorer and producer based in Victoria's gold belt. We operate a high-grade underground gold mine and surface processing plant in Ballarat that has been consistently producing 30,000 to 40,000 ounces of gold annually since 2005. Position Summary

Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy finance environment? We are seeking an Administrator to join our Finance Team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure accurate payroll and accounts payable processing while supporting the broader finance team with reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing business in Ballarat while working in a supportive, and collaborative team environment.


Key Tasks

* Compiling month end and adhoc reporting packs and presentations for Senior Management from data provided
* Assist in resolving queries
* Participate in the reconciliation of supplier statements, bank accounts and credit cards
* Review supplier files periodically to assist in compliance
* Maintain the Finance Department's SharePoint
* Provide general administrative support to the Finance team


Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory: A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration or a similar administrative role. Advanced computer and numeric skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Highly Desirable: Exposure to Redmap or AP processing systems. Flexible and supportive team. Ongoing training and professional development. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
