Locations include: Alice Springs, Alice Springs & Central Australia NT; Murwillumbah, Lismore & Far North Coast NSW; Tweed Heads, Lismore & Far North Coast NSW. City is looking for reliable cleaners for the Coles Distribution Centre—join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting one of Australia’s top retail brands; Join our School Cleaning Response Crew with split shifts, weekday work, and a company car & cleaning equipment provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform trolley collection and cleaning services to keep supermarket environments clean and safe.
- Support cleaning operations in Coles Distribution Centre and related facilities as required.
- Assist with general cleaning duties and maintain a safe, effective, and customer-friendly environment.
- Assist Team Leaders and operate under supportive, collaborative, and inclusive leadership.
- Adhere to site safety, quality standards, and on-the-job training requirements.
- Use provided uniforms, PPE, and equipment; participate in induction and ongoing training.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Reliable and safety-conscious with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts as required.
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred but not always required.
- Commitment to Coles Group values and a diverse, inclusive workplace.
- Eligibility for ongoing employment and compliance with health and safety policies.
