Senior Guest Service Expert
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Guest Service Agent to join our team. This is a full-time night shift position, working Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
As the Senior Guest Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins and check-outs.
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
* Monitor property security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours.
* Handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a guest service or front office role, preferably in hospitality.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
* Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently.
