About Us
ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
In partnership with Serco and Bupa, we deliver defence-ready clinical and support staff to over 50 on-base locations nationally, ensuring ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.
About the Role
Based at the Kapooka Health Centre, you will provide support and treatments to Defence Force Personnel.
Your responsibilities include delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessments, treatments and rehabilitative services.
These services cover rehabilitation program direction, splinting, orthosis fitting, electrotherapy modalities, hydrotherapy pools, and inter-professional advice.
Highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Minimum of 2 years full-time post-graduate musculoskeletal experience within an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent) in the last 5 years.
Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
Membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (desirable).
About Kapooka Health Centre
Kapooka Health Centre & Clinic is approximately 10 minutes outside of Wagga Wagga, located at Blamey Barracks in the Kapooka Military area.
It supports the Army Recruit Training Centre (ARTC) and includes a 50-bed low-dependency ward operating 24/7.
Services provided include primary medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy.
Staff may be required to work across Wagga & Kapooka.
Standard hours are ********* Monday to Friday, with weekend and on-call shifts as required.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with patients and colleagues, providing advice and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
