We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Director to lead a large early learning service through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong, values‐led leadership across all areas of centre operations.
* Drive occupancy growth through community engagement and targeted initiatives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a large team, fostering a positive and cohesive culture.
* Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
* Manage centre financial performance, including budgeting and utilisation.
* Embed high‐quality educational practices aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community.
About you
* Proven experience as a Centre Director or an experienced Assistant Director ready to step up.
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire teams.
* Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving occupancy.
* Sound understanding of compliance, regulation, and quality frameworks.
* Passion for delivering high‐quality early childhood education and care.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
