Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Darwin Airport. As a key member of our counter staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
This is a full-time position that requires availability to work on a rotational roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We offer competitive pay rates, overtime loadings, and performance bonuses.
You will be responsible for establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening, reviewing add-ons and services, communicating procedures and guidelines effectively, completing rental bookings efficiently, and answering customer inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be comfortable learning and using various computer systems.
