About the role
Experienced Chef of all levels for a small, outdoor, fast-paced kitchen and unique Australian Outback restaurant. The menu style and kitchen facilities are simple, in keeping with the natural environment. Grill cooking menu with a strong native ingredient inclusions. https://www.karijiniecoretreat.com.au/page.dinner-menu.html Primary focus to provide excellent customer service and authentic quality meals to ensure quests experience expectations are met and exceeded. Subsidised meals & accommodation provided onsite. The successful applicants will live on-site and become part of the small dedicated team.

Skills and experience
Have a consistent working history as a Chef. Ability to run the "Pass" and have our kitchen station. Have experience working in remote areas and living in close quarters. Police clearance (current within 3 months). Applicants must be able to commit until late October 2026 and be able to make their own way to the Retreat in Karijini national park. Immediate start. Only applicants with the right to live and work in Australia will be considered.
