Performance Marketing Specialist – ING Australia
ING Australia, Canstar's Bank of the Year for seven consecutive years, seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own and drive our performance marketing program. This pivotal role is part of the Growth tribe and is responsible for delivering data‐led acquisition strategies that drive business growth.
What you'll do
* Own the end‐to‐end performance marketing strategy aligned to acquisition and growth targets.
* Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager).
* Monitor and continuously improve in‐channel performance to maximise ROI and conversions.
* Deliver clear, data‐led reporting and insights via dashboards and stakeholder forums.
* Manage and grow key partner relationships (Google, Meta, affiliates) to unlock new opportunities.
What we're looking for
* Exceptional hands‐on experience with Google Marketing Platform tools and Meta advertising.
* 3–4 years' experience in performance marketing (agency or in‐house).
* Proven ability to run test‐and‐learn programmes and optimise based on insights.
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
* Data‐driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g. Adobe) and industry best practice.
