What You’ll Be Doing
* Run a high-performing business: Own revenue, profitability, and guest experience like it’s yours (because you’re treated like it is)
* Lead through your Restaurant Manager: Coach and develop your RM to own day-to-day execution while you focus on bigger commercial impact
* Grow Sales: Driving growth outside the restaurant (local partnerships, business development, marketing activation)
