We are supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated team of recruitment consultants, and we're now seeking a white collar Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team.
This role is for someone who is ready to step up, take ownership of a key desk, and help drive business growth in a supportive and high-performing environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and/or permanent roles
* Leading client delivery and building on strong ongoing client relationships
* Identifying business development opportunities and converting them into long term partnerships
* Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture
* Providing clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic advice
What You Bring
* Experience in recruitment (construction, engineering, or similar sectors preferred)
* Proven ability to manage clients and candidates with transparency while consistently hitting placement and billing targets
* Strong business development mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to lead by example, support team culture, and mentor junior staff
* Confidence in managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
