Night Operations Coordinator Role

The Night Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial reports. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete and reconcile end-of-day financial reports, ensuring accuracy across all transactions.
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
* Maintain high professional standards at all times.
* Assist with guest services and handle late-night queries or emergencies.
* Keep the front desk secure, organized, and ready for the morning team.

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Comfort working overnight shifts independently.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
* Confidence with computers (Excel skills a bonus).
* Hospitality, finance, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
