We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the development and sustainment of complex technology-enabled capabilities within a large-scale government environment.
The role will work across cybersecurity and cloud-based environments, supporting agile delivery teams by engaging closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, analyse requirements, and translate them into high-quality delivery artefacts.
You will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, prioritising, validating, and documenting complex business and technical requirements. This includes facilitating stakeholder workshops, developing business analysis artefacts, maintaining traceability across delivery activities, and supporting solution assurance and testing activities.
Key activities include producing business requirements documentation, process models, use cases, operating models, traceability matrices, and test artefacts. You will also contribute to governance, risk, and accreditation activities, including supporting audit-ready documentation and system assurance processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as the role requires working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across complex delivery environments to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience (5+ years) delivering business analysis outcomes within large or complex ICT projects and programs.
* Strong experience eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
* Proven experience developing high-quality BA artefacts, including business requirements documents, process models, use cases, operating models, traceability matrices, and test plans.
* Experience supporting agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary technical teams.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Experience supporting system testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing.
* Ability to maintain end-to-end traceability from business requirements through to delivery and testing outcomes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess operational data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience working with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Ability to produce clear, structured, maintainable, and audit-ready documentation.
* Experience working in cybersecurity, cloud, or secure government environments is highly regarded.
* Australian citizenship with NV1 Security Clearance required.
